1. A finished manuscript.
2. An agent.
3. A contract.
4. A book on my shelf with my name on it.
5. To write like Karen.
6. To laugh like Shari.
7. To be witty like Kristi.
8. A bachelor’s degree from BYU already.
Eight TV show I watch.
1. Little House on the Prairie.
Oh, please. I don’t have time to watch TV. I’m too busy reading blogs. (quality time here!)
Eight things I did yesterday.
1. Exercised for 1 hour. (2 miles elliptical, five miles bike, and weights)
2. Homeschooled my boys. (This took up a big chunk of my day.)
3. Took the boys to the mall to buy a Webkinz with John’s birthday money.
4. Took the boys to Walmart and bought them jackets with hoods that zip over their faces. (Halloween race car driver costumes on clearance.) They are in little boy heaven.
5. Wrote my novel.
6. Read blogs.
7. Laundry.
8. Helped my mother-in-law put up her Christmas decorations.

Shari called me up this morning and said “Have you Read Melinda’s blog lately?” When I answered no, she said I had to get on and look at it right away, and so I did.

1. Got kids up, fed, dressed, off to bus
2. Went to friends house to stamp
3. Cooked pork chops for dinner
4. Went shopping for a few decorations that were on sale (for my house)
5. ummmmmmm again…speechless
