Doggone
We found a new home for Porter. I love the big guy, but honestly he deserves so much better than we can give him. There is a Samoyed Rescue in Ogden. The owner is happy to take him. She will get him neutered and then housebreak him. He will be obedience trained and then put up for adoption to a good home.
I eventually I will get over the guilt of failing this beautiful, sweet animal, who has nothing but love for his family. At least we only wasted one year of his life. It could have been worse.
