welcome

If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put foundations under them. Henry David Thoreau

(no words, just…SCREAM)

There are no fitting words for this blog entry. All I want to do (though I am supressing it) is to SCREAM!!!

Lest you think me insane, I will explain.

The furnace came on last night. It is actually in the forties outside even as we speak  read. ? And it is sleeting and that looks an awful lot like S–W! (The four letter word I can’t even say, much less type.)

DO YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS!!!

I’ll tell you what it means. It means that the seasons are changing. (gasp)

I know there are many of my avid readers out there that love Fall. They love the colors and crunchy leaves and the sweaters. That’s okay. I still like you. But I need to tell you something:

Fall brings winter. I can hardly type that word!

I loathe winter.

Help! I am not ready for this. Sweater shopping is not going to ease the distress. (Well, maybe a little.)

All I want to do is bury my face in my pillow and SCREAM. (It is theraputic, after-all.)

Maybe this is what it feels like to go insane. If anything were to bring that on, it would be winter.
